What does the Task List Page do?

The Task List page is where you manage your tasks. It lists all of the active tasks. 

 The view features the reference number, date, time, priority and description of the task.

These views can be customized using the customization tools. Click on the icon in the red box to edit the view. 

This page also displays details regarding the customer, their contact details and the task’s status.
