Clearing email status notifications


In this article, we will show you how to clear your email notifications from the Sent Email Tab.

Instructions

Sometimes you will receive a notification of a new email status update. This could be notifying you that an email has failed to send. To clear these notifications you must mark the email as read.                                                                                      

                      

  1. Locate the email that has not been marked as read.
  2. Click on the ‘Mark as Read' check box. 

If the ‘Mark as Read’ check box is not visible, you need to add it to the view. Follow the steps below:

  1. Click on the Custom Column icon marked in red. 


  1. Then select the view and click properties                                  


  1. Find an empty column by scrolling to the right. Click the header.
  2. Find ‘Mark As Read’ in the Available Fields list and click the right arrow to place it into the column, then click save.
