Sometimes you will receive a notification of a new email status update. This could be notifying you that an email has failed to send. To clear these notifications you must mark the email as read.
- Locate the email that has not been marked as read.
- Click on the ‘Mark as Read' check box.
If the ‘Mark as Read’ check box is not visible, you need to add it to the view. Follow the steps below:
- Click on the Custom Column icon marked in red.
- Then select the view and click properties
- Find an empty column by scrolling to the right. Click the header.
- Find ‘Mark As Read’ in the Available Fields list and click the right arrow to place it into the column, then click save.
