One of our clients has took BM on, they used to place orders thru the portal but are now doing it thru their own system and emailing the orders thru to us, which of course means we have to manually enter them on to our system which is creating more work, this process seems wrong to me and certainly not streamlining our workflow.

Is ther a better more effiecent way ?
