Strange things are going on
Seem to having very unusual happenings,
1st BM decided to change the delivery address on a order placed thru the portal, we didnt know and the order was sent to the wrong address which is very annoying to say the least, we have to now pay the carrier to collect and re deliver.........................not impressed!
2nd Our customers who use the online ordering portal are complaining that BM is changing the orders once saved to something totally different from what they ordered, which to say the least is very frustration.
is anybody else expericaing these strange going ons ?
