Part fitted jobs

Hi,

I don't know if this will be an issue for many of you but we live on a small Island and as such (due to short travel times) It is quite common for us to part fit a job. Say for example a customer has 2 different product types on order one with a lead time of say 3 weeks like roller blinds and also shutters with a lead time of 10 weeks. Its happens quite often that we fit the rollers when they are ready and go back to fit the shutters at a later date.

The issue I have is being able to highlight the items on a job that have already been fitted. So when one of installers comes to fit the remaining items, it is hard for them to see on their worksheet/app that the rollers have already been fitted.

Does anyone have an easy way around this? 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
