This is a new feature which has been implemented to capture any additional reference in the order page for Phone number, alternate contact, mobile number. This is a text field where in you can type in any reference or information corresponding to the number.

Open a new order page:

You can add any information(Reference) to any one of the fields highlighted in red as per below screenshot.
