Deleting Payments from the Accounts Integration Program

I've just had my sage integrated to move onto the system in the new year. I'm backlogging all current orders so we invoice through BM from January. Is there a way to delete payments from the integration app? These payments have already went through sage so don't want to transfer them again but when I try to delete I get the message saying not delete.
